The Heritage Children's Chorale of the South is a professional
children's chorus made up of young people between the ages of 8 and 18.
The Chorale was founded in 1988 by Mary Stephenson who continues today as
its director. More than 1000 young people in TN and AL have benefited over
the years through their involvement in the Chorale. In addition to its
annual tour, the chorale presents several concerts in its local community
each year.

The Chorale is excited about the upcoming season and is proud to
announce open auditions to be held on Monday, Sept 10th during HCC's first
rehearsal. The rehearsal will be held from 4:30-6:00 pm. In order to
audition a child must be between the ages of 8 and 18. No prior experience
is required and no prepared selection is necessary for the audition.

Auditions will be held at the Athens First United Methodist Church
at 208 W. Hobbs Street. Anyone interested in auditioning should plan to
attend the entire first rehearsal.
